Now I've just temporarily re-enabled the Intel HD Graphics in my Thinkpad P70, so that I could see what this 'Intel Graphics and Media Control Panel' looks like, and what you should most likely do yourself to make use of it in an attempt (which may or may not succeed) in solving your own 'overscan' problem trying to use your old Samsung TV on your old M81 desktop machine. but rather can only pass on what I find on the interweb from my own research, which you could do as well. So again, I cannot really help you or guide you from firsthand experience. I run all of my machines in 'discrete graphics' mode meaning I use the NVidia graphics, not the Intel graphics. All of my machines, both desktops and laptops, have discrete Nvidia graphics cards in addition to the built-in Intel HD Graphics from the CPU, but I don't use the Intel graphics at all. I don't have an M81 desktop machine, so everything I'm saying is strictly from my own hunting and searching on the interweb, and based on my own experience or other machines. And you've discovered that if you select the 'Graphics Properties' item it does indeed launch the current version of 'Intel Graphics and Media Control Panel'. Apparently you saw that, and you did see that the popup menu had the two Intel-related items: Graphics Properties and Graphics Options. In any case, whether it's disabled or not, that is irrelevant since I also said you could right-click on the desktop and the popup menu would also offer a way to get to the Intel Graphics Control Panel.

You keep saying 'CTRL+ALT+12' and I keep asking you if that's a typo, because you are supposed to be pressing the F12 key as the third key being held down simultaneously.
